Academic Planner

What is it?
In our focus groups, students would routinely ask, “why can’t picking my classes just be as easy as my Google calendar?” AT&C’s Academic Planner was built with that question in mind. It is as easy as the tools your students use today with powerful integration into PeopleSoft and a smart search feature your students will love. In a single page and with a couple clicks, a student can build one or more plans that submit directly into PeopleSoft’s registration module. This is entirely PeopleTools technology which requires no new integrations and introduces no new security or privacy concerns.

Affiliate Portal

What is it?
In education there is often an affiliate who needs access to a student’s data records. This could be a parent, a boss or even the military. Conditions of tuition assistance usually require it, but why is it so difficult and limited today? AT&C’s Affiliate Portal is a whole other level of secure and usable. Class Search

What is it?
Searching for a course should not be difficult, but it often is. Departments are left to house shadow search engines which ultimately fragment a user’s experience. Searching a course catalog is the primary mechanism by which a student explores and discovers what your university has to offer. The last thing you want is for frustration to set in before they even take a class! Course data should be real-time and it should be integrated to maps, bookstores, evaluations and more. It should search like Google, but allow for advanced searches. It should be entirely configurable to your data set and should work within your Student Information System.
